End User License Agreement (EULA)

Last updated: August 19, 2025This End User License Agreement (the 'Agreement') regulates the access and use of the Datalysis App platform, owned by Datalysis Group, by customers and authorized users. By accessing or using the platform, you fully accept the conditions established here.
1. Permitted Use
- Access to Datalysis App is granted exclusively to Datalysis Group customers and users designated by such customers.
- Each customer and user may only use the functionalities and modules enabled according to their current contract or subscription.
- Access is personal and non-transferable; sharing credentials with unauthorized third parties is prohibited.
2. Usage Restrictions
- Use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.
- Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, modify, copy, or distribute the platform or any of its components.
- Interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the service.
- Access information, data, or modules not enabled for your account.
3. Property Rights
- All intellectual property rights over the software, source code, designs, trademarks, documentation, and other components of the platform belong exclusively to Datalysis Group.
- The customer retains ownership of the data they upload or generate within the platform.
4. Service Commitment and Liability Limitations
Datalysis Group commits to making the greatest reasonable efforts to ensure the continuity, availability, and security of the service. However, the customer acknowledges that there may be unavoidable temporary interruptions (due to maintenance, updates, or external technical failures) and accepts that, in such cases, Datalysis Group will act diligently to restore the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Datalysis Group will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from (i) misuse of the platform, (ii) user's breach of this Agreement, or (iii) external factors beyond the provider's reasonable control.
5. Service Termination
- Non-payment of the subscription or current contract.
- Misuse, abuse, or violation of the restrictions established in this Agreement.
- Customer's decision to terminate the service, as stipulated in the corresponding contract.
Datalysis Group may suspend or cancel access when any of the above causes occur, without prejudice to other applicable legal or contractual actions.
6. Modifications
Datalysis Group may update this Agreement to reflect legal, technical, or operational changes. Modifications will take effect from their publication on this page, with the 'Last updated' date indicated in the header.
7. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement will be governed by the applicable laws in the jurisdiction indicated in the contract signed with the customer. In the absence of express indication, the jurisdiction of Datalysis Group's domicile will apply.
